JMPR invites submissions on all aspects of music production practice, culture, and technology.

Priority deadline: 15 December 2025 – submissions received by this date will be given preference, with reviews and decisions expedited.

Final deadline: 15 February 2026 – Submissions received after the priority deadline will be considered, subject to space availability. If the issue is filled, later papers may be scheduled for a subsequent issue. We encourage authors to submit by the December deadline for the best chance of inclusion in the 2026 issue
